The best is yet to come...

As a New York Times and Wall Street Journal best-selling collaborative writer and coach, I’ve spent the last decade helping leaders and entrepreneurs define and share their world-changing ideas with global audiences.

I want to help you see the meaning in your life, your work, and your brilliance. Your expertise and your stories are a unique and important contribution to other people’s lives. Together, we can craft a narrative that not only resonates deeply with your audience but also elevates your impact and legacy.

"Sara is a deeply and diversely knowledgeable author, coach, and practitioner. From the first day, she helped to make sure I understood the creative journey and took the time to truly understand the big ideas buried inside of me.

Without Sara, I'm confident that I wouldn't have the content bank that I have today. There's truly no other partner I'd want supporting me in this process!"

The Quantum Foam of Ideas

Making something come alive but refraining from trying to possess or control it is one of the central balancing acts of bringing an idea into form. Every time I try to predict or control an outcome in a creative process it suffers—I struggle and it seems to choke, as if it can't breathe from the weight of my expectations. Too many of us come to the table with an idea and a pre-determined outcome that—for whatever reason—we’ve decided we must achieve.

What Is a Story?

Stories are crafted from words (with their multiple facets) and images, and those words and images stand in for some kind of meaning. Stories—whether they are “true” and based on real events or made up—often embody deep meanings and underlying truths. Stories rely on their creator or narrator’s perspective and have the potential to carry both deception and truth—in fact, they often carry both at the same time. Above all, stories are transmissions.

The Gap Between Taste & Talent

When we create anything new, we are faced with the difference between what we know is possible (what we've seen others do, what we think is beautiful and cool) and what we are capable of at that moment. Often especially when we’re just starting out…. that gap can be so vast that we feel completely inept and unable to bridge the chasm. And then we give up. But this is the important part to remember: EVERYONE experiences these gaps.
